As the creator economy, regulatory landscape, and platform practices evolve, IICS will be reviewed and updated to reflect industry feedback and emerging realities.
The IICS is a legally drafted, clause-based agreement suitable for both brand–influencer and agency–influencer engagements. It consolidates essential commercial, creative, and legal terms into a single enforceable document.
